《大行報告》瑞信:匯控(00005.HK)明年總股息率可能達13%
瑞信發表報告指出,匯豐控股(00005.HK)以約100億美元價格出售加拿大業務予加拿大皇家銀行,較媒體早前報道的價格約80億至90億美元高,有關交易的估值相當於股價有形資產比3倍,而相比之下,大型加拿大銀行的股價有形資產比約為1.6倍至2.2倍,因此認為該交易估值屬一個戰略價格。
此外,匯控指將積極考慮通過派發一次性股息或股份回購,將上述交易創造的額外富餘資本適量退還股東,瑞信認為潛在的分派或導致明年總股息率非常具吸引力,可能高達13%,當中包括每股0.21美元的特別息。
