富士康再出激勵措施引鄭州員工返崗 涉約萬人幣津貼
蘋果(AAPL.US)供應商富士康公布,對於10月1日至11月10日期間由鄭州科技園離職後返崗的員工,除可獲12月及1月的正常工資外,並提供每小時30元人民幣(下同)的額外補貼,以及500元的返崗津貼。在職滿30天後可獲3,000元的穩崗津貼,如果1月份出勤逾23日可再獲6,000元新年禮包。
此前,富士康曾指在11月1日之前入職的全職員工,在今年12月和明年1月可獲得每月最高1.3萬元的激勵。
