濰柴動力:發佈全球首款本體熱效率52.28%柴油機商業化產品
格隆匯11月20日丨北京時間2022年11月20日——濰柴動力股份有限公司(下稱“濰柴動力”,000338SZ,02338HK)發佈全球首款本體熱效率52.28%商業化柴油機。這是濰柴動力第三次突破柴油機熱效率的極限,持續引領全球內燃機行業技術升級。此前,濰柴動力於2020年9月發佈全球首款本體熱效率50.23%商業化柴油機;2022年1月又將柴油機本體熱效率提升到51.09%。

1.熱效率52.28%意味着什麼?
發動機本體熱效率是指不依靠餘熱回收裝置,將燃油燃燒的能量轉化成發動機有效輸出功的比例。本體熱效率越高,發動機的經濟性越好。與市場現有主流產品(平均46%熱效率柴油機)相比,52.28%本體熱效率技術的商業化應用,可實現油耗、二氧化碳排放分別降低12%。每年可為中國節油1900萬噸、減少二氧化碳排放量6000萬噸。
2.濰柴動力是怎麼做到的?
濰柴動力本體熱效率52.28%的柴油機由國際權威檢測機構德國TÜV南德意志集團認證,是在協同燃燒、協調設計、排氣能量分配、分區潤滑、智能控制技術等原有五大技術的基礎上,運用全新的系統工程理念,開發了四大新技術——3D精準增壓設計技術,增壓器運行效率提升5%;空氣隔熱技術,缸內傳熱降低15%;高效流通技術,有效降低進、排氣管路阻力,讓發動機呼吸更順暢;雙主噴技術,提升燃油與空氣混合,燃燒速度提升5%。其間,申報專利162項,授權專利124項。
