濰柴動力：發佈全球首款本體熱效率52.28%柴油機商業化產品
格隆匯11月20日丨北京時間2022年11月20日——濰柴動力股份有限公司（下稱“濰柴動力”，000338SZ，02338HK）發佈全球首款本體熱效率52.28%商業化柴油機。這是濰柴動力第三次突破柴油機熱效率的極限，持續引領全球內燃機行業技術升級。此前，濰柴動力於2020年9月發佈全球首款本體熱效率50.23%商業化柴油機；2022年1月又將柴油機本體熱效率提升到51.09%。
1．熱效率52.28%意味着什麼？
發動機本體熱效率是指不依靠餘熱回收裝置，將燃油燃燒的能量轉化成發動機有效輸出功的比例。本體熱效率越高，發動機的經濟性越好。與市場現有主流產品（平均46%熱效率柴油機）相比，52.28%本體熱效率技術的商業化應用，可實現油耗、二氧化碳排放分別降低12%。每年可為中國節油1900萬噸、減少二氧化碳排放量6000萬噸。
2．濰柴動力是怎麼做到的？
濰柴動力本體熱效率52.28%的柴油機由國際權威檢測機構德國TÜV南德意志集團認證，是在協同燃燒、協調設計、排氣能量分配、分區潤滑、智能控制技術等原有五大技術的基礎上，運用全新的系統工程理念，開發了四大新技術——3D精準增壓設計技術，增壓器運行效率提升5%；空氣隔熱技術，缸內傳熱降低15%；高效流通技術，有效降低進、排氣管路阻力，讓發動機呼吸更順暢；雙主噴技術，提升燃油與空氣混合，燃燒速度提升5%。其間，申報專利162項，授權專利124項。
