港股午評：恆科指漲3.45%重回2900點，蘋果概念股崛起，內房股重挫
格隆匯10月31日丨港股上午盤拉昇反彈，恆生科技指數一度漲至4%，午間收漲3.45%重回2900點，恆指、國指分別漲0.89%和0.5%。南下資金半日淨流入26.19億港元，大市成交額為689億港元。
盤面上，大型科技股領銜反彈，美團、騰訊漲近5%，小米、網易、阿里巴巴漲超3%，百度、京東皆有漲幅；蘋果概念股、汽車股漲幅居前，比亞迪電子、瑞聲科技表現較佳；電子煙概念股走強明顯，軟件股、手遊股、濠賭股、半導體股、內險股、生物醫藥股普遍上漲。 另一方面，內房股大幅下挫，龍湖集團大跌超23%，燃氣股、石油股、餐飲股、建材水泥股下跌明顯。
板塊方面
蘋果概念股集體上漲，瑞聲科技大漲12%。上週五蘋果大漲超7%創逾2年最大單日漲幅，帶動港股蘋果概念股上漲，比亞迪電子一度漲超16%，瑞聲科技漲超11%，舜宇漲超3%。蘋果公佈的財報顯示，Q3營收盈利均超預期，營收901.5億美元創歷史新高。
內房股持續下挫。龍湖集團盤中跌超38%，綠城中國跌超12%，萬科企業跌超6%。消息面上，龍湖集團創始人吳亞軍宣佈辭去公司董事長，轉任公司戰略發展顧問。
個股方面
騰訊拉昇一度漲超5%。消息面上，騰訊最大股東Naspers通過旗下荷蘭子公司Prosus N.V.持股騰訊，而Prosus的淨資產計算頁面顯示，截至10月27日，Prosus仍持有26.926億股騰訊股票，該數字與港交所披露文件顯示的9月9日Prosus持股數量一致。這意味着Naspers在9月9日至10月27日的一個多月以來階段性地停止了減持騰訊股票。另外，南下資金持續淨買入騰訊，自8月25日迄今已連續39日淨買入，累計約271.5552億港元。
比亞迪電子大漲13%，Q3淨利同比增18%，盈利好轉。上週五晚公吿，第三季度營業額為274.62億元，同比增28.3%，毛利潤17.92億元，同比增16.2%，淨利潤6.03億元，同比增17.5%。對比上半年的業績，比亞迪電子第三季度的盈利能力有所好轉。興業證券此前表示，公司新能源汽車業務增長勢頭迅猛，市場前景廣闊，未來有望成為營收增長的主要動能。
滔搏跌續創新低，7日連跌近30%，遭機構唱空。公司日前公佈中期淨利11.45億元，同比下降19.9%。瑞信下調滔搏目標價至5港元，將2023至2024財年每股盈利預測降低21%至24%。維持“中性”評級；麥格理考慮滔博線下人流恢復較預期慢，加上內地持續的防疫限制，下調其銷售展望，並將其2023及2024財年盈利預測下調各13%，股份目標價由8.5港元降至7.8港元，評級維持“跑贏大市”。
