中科美菱登陸北交所，聚焦低温存儲設備，2022年上半年業績下滑
中科美菱（835892.BJ）正式登陸北交所，其發行價格為16.00元/股，對應24.79倍市盈率。公司發行後股本為9673.0934萬股，發行總市值為15.48億元。
今日盤面，N中美菱股價維持在發行價附近波動，幅度不大。
公司主營業務以生物醫療低温存儲設備的研發、生產和銷售為核心，佈局生命科學、智慧冷鏈、家庭健康三大業務板塊，主要產品包括低温存儲設備、超低温冷凍存儲設備等生命科學類產品，以及智慧冷鏈項目、家庭健康產品。
截至2022年3月31日，中科美菱的直接控股股東為長虹美菱，其持有公司63.27%股份，間接控股股東為四川長虹、長虹集團，實際控制人為綿陽市國資委。

公司所處的生物醫療低温存儲行業市場競爭較為激烈，以賽默飛、普和希為代表的國外品牌在全球市場佔據較高份額，而海爾生物在國內佔據較大份額。
根據中國醫療器械行業協會出具的説明，2020-2021年，公司主導產品——生物醫療領域低温存儲專用設備，在國內品牌中的市場佔有率排名前三。
2019年-2021年，公司的營業收入分別為2.23億元、3.72億元和4.65億元，對應的歸母淨利潤分別為1394.05萬元、4259.17萬元和6749.35萬元，均呈現一定的增長。
報吿期內，公司經營活動產生的現金流量淨額分別為4213.45萬元、1.4億元和7012.66萬元，均高於當期利潤規模，可見公司具有一定的“造血”能力。

其中，公司享受的税收優惠金額分別為203.19萬元、669.78萬元和1392.07億元，佔當期利潤總額的比例問13.57%、13.77%和18.21%。
公司最核心的產品為低温存儲設備和超低温冷凍存儲設備，佔當期主營業務收入的比重分別為 91.67%、86.78%和85.25%。
報吿期內，公司主營業務毛利率分別為35.77%、32.47%和36.24%，存在一定的波動，主要受產品結構波動、成本結構變化等因素影響。

經審閲，2022年1-6月公司營業收入為2.36億元，較上年同期減少13.14%；扣非歸母淨利潤為3850.57萬元，較上年同期減少20.41%，公司期後經營業績存在持續下滑的風險。
值得注意的是，報吿期內，公司向與長虹美菱的重疊供應商採購原材料金額分別為2251.58萬元、6048.79萬元和7054.91萬元，佔比分別為17.71%、26.55%和24.73%，公司可能存在對關聯方供應商體系帶來的成本優勢形成依賴的風險。
