太平洋航運(02343.HK)逆挫12%至八個月低 上季小靈便型乾散貨船日均收入年降3%
波羅的海乾散貨指數(BDI)六連跌,且昨晚跌幅擴至2.9%收1,818。太平洋航運(02343.HK)公佈第三季小靈便型乾散貨船日均收入按年跌3%,公司預計未來幾年乾散貨供應增長將處於歷史低位。美銀證券發表報告下調公司明年盈測,目標價由7元降至5.75元。 該股兩連跌,今天逆大市及同業曾低見2.2元,創八個月低,半日收2.27元,逆挫12%,成交激增至9,620萬股,涉資2.25億元。同業股價彈約1%-3%,藍籌東方海外(00316.HK)股價曾高見133.7元,半日收131.4元,回升2.9%。 太平洋航運公佈,今年第三季集團核心業務小靈便型及超靈便型乾散貨船按期租合約對等基準的日均收入按年分別減少3%及27%,報23,620美元(淨值)及26,640美元(淨值),較今年上半年則分別減少10%及21%。至於第四季核心小靈便型及超靈便型乾散貨船已承擔日數中,目前分別已有74%及89%按日均租金18,760美元(淨值)及20,480美元(淨值)獲訂約。2023年全年核心小靈便型及超靈便型乾散貨船日數中,目前分別已有17%及28%按日均租金13,150美元(淨值)及15,130美元(淨值)獲訂約。 公司公告指,儘管過去兩年盈利有所提高及資產負債表非常穩健,但乾散貨船船東並無大幅增加新建造貨船訂單。根據Clarksons Research資料,整體乾散貨船訂單量目前僅爲7%,爲數十年來低位,且年初至今訂單量較去年同期下降62%。礙於爲符合即將生效的減碳法規所需之未來燃料以及貨船設計及技術的不確定性,預計訂單於未來將繼續受限,料最快要到2025年左右,訂購零排放貨船纔會在商業上變得可行。
