中銀保監:次季外資法人銀行投訴量最多為東亞銀行(00023.HK)

中國銀保監會消費者權益保護局近日發布《關於2022年第二季度銀行業消費投訴情況的通報》,中銀保監及其派出機構第二季共接收並轉送銀行業消費投訴約8.17萬宗。 其中,涉及國有大型商業銀行約1.83萬宗,佔投訴總量的22.4%;股份制商業銀行3.26萬宗,佔投訴總量的39.9%;外資法人銀行336宗,佔投訴總量的0.4%;城市商業銀行(含民營銀行)1.2萬宗,佔投訴總量的14.7%;農村中小金融機構1.05萬宗,佔投訴總量的12.8%;其他銀行業金融機構7,989宗,佔投訴總量的9.8%。 至於次季銀行業消費投訴中,涉及信用卡業務投訴3.97萬宗,佔投訴總量的48.6%;涉及個人貸款業務投訴2.49萬宗,佔投訴總量的30.5%;涉及理財類業務投訴3,077宗,佔投訴總量的3.8%。 此外,第二季外資法人銀行投訴量的中位數為25宗。其中,投訴量較多的為東亞銀行(00023.HK)145宗,佔外資法人銀行投訴總量的43.2%,位列第一;花旗銀行62宗,佔比18.5%;匯豐銀行54宗,佔比16.1%;渣打銀行29宗,佔比8.6%;星展銀行25宗,佔比7.4 %;富邦華一銀行15宗,佔比4.5%。
