同道獵聘(06100.HK)中期純利增加166.0%至1.42億元 將繼續執行“平台+SaaS+服務”戰略
格隆匯8月19日丨同道獵聘(06100.HK)公吿，截至2022年6月30日止六個月，主要來自向公司的企業客户提供人才獲取及其他人力資源服務以及向個人用户提供人才發展服務的收益為人民幣13.72億元，同比增加14.4%；期間純利為人民幣1.84億元，同比增加131.2%；期間公司擁有人應占純利為人民幣1.42億元，同比增加166.0%。
結合核心人才獲取服務的可持續發展，公司一直利用線上服務的專業知識，整合其他人力資源服務，包括靈活用工、在線調研及測培服務。全面的產品組合有助於公司在經濟下行期間保持強韌的業務和財務表現，在市場復甦時又能為公司提供更強勁的增長動力。
截至2022年6月30日止六個月，為企業用户提供人才獲取服務及其他人力資源服務所得收益為人民幣1,202.7百萬元，同比增長17.5%。公司的驗證企業用户及企業客户數目分別由2021年6月30日的881,560名及66,238名增至2022年6月30日的1,078,637名及66,794名，同比增長分別22.4%及0.8%。
2022年上半年，公司憑藉全面的人才發展服務(包括職業諮詢、證書培訓等)實現了線上平台的個人用户流量穩定增長。註冊個人用户數由截至2021年6月30日的68.5百萬增至截至2022年6月30日的79.5百萬，同比增長16.0%。
2022年上半年，憑藉公司有效的商業模式及長期策略，公司在充滿挑戰的狀況下實現健康成長和發展。公司將繼續執行“平台+SaaS+服務”戰略，為處於各種經濟狀況的用户提供量身定製的服務。公司亦將進一步加強互動功能，以便各方能在公司的平台上順利合作並有效管理資源。憑藉公司在中高端人才獲取市場的核心優勢，公司將繼續着力打造人才服務行業的多元化產品，提供更好的用户體驗，擴闊的用户覆蓋。
公司將繼續通過優化標籤系統及進行更詳細的分析提升數字銷售能力。個人用户方面，公司將通過更精準的網絡營銷策略、人性化的產品設計和精確的匹配算法吸引及留存優質目標用户。儘管疫情的不確定性依然存在，但公司相信，公司堅定執行集團策略並不斷創造價值，會一直得到用户的認可，進而收穫可持續健康發展。
