《大行報告》大摩下調九倉(00004.HK)目標價至26元 評級「減持」
摩根士丹利發表報告,將九倉(00004.HK)今年至2024年每股盈利預測分別上調0.8%、0.6%及1.1%,以反映物流業務利潤增加、股息收入增加和企業開支減少,但被內地發展物業和租金利潤的下降所部分抵銷。
該行指,在計入最新的租金假設及上市聯營公司的市值後,對九倉資產淨值估計下降4%,目標價由27元下調至26元, 評級爲「減持」,指該股在其覆蓋的香港地產商中,股息率最低,而內地和香港的房地產開發業務亦缺乏短期的催化劑。
