國軒高科(002074.SZ)：GDR的發行價區間初步確定為每份30-30.28美元
格隆匯7月25日丨 國軒高科(002074.SZ)公佈，公司擬初始發行區間為16,647,078到33,294,157份全球存託憑證(Global Depositary Receipts，“GDR”)，其中每份GDR代表5股公司基礎證券A股股票。此外，公司及全球協調人China International Capital Corporation (UK) Limited(中國國際金融(英國)有限公司)、Haitong International Securities Company Limited(海通國際證券有限公司)可共同行使增發權發行不超過16,647,078份GDR。
此次發行的GDR代表的公司基礎證券A股股票不超過249,706,175股(包括因行使增發權而發行的GDR所代表的A股股票)，按照公司確定的轉換比例計算，對應的GDR份額總額為不超過49,941,235份(包括因行使增發權而發行的GDR)。此次發行未設置超額配售權。
此次發行的GDR的價格區間初步確定為每份GDR 30美元至30.28美元。此次發行GDR的發售期為2022年7月25日(蘇黎世時間)。
公司預計此次發行GDR的最終數量和價格將根據國際市場發行情況並通過簿記建檔於蘇黎世時間2022年7月25日左右確定。
公司擬初始發行區間為16,647,078到33,294,157份GDR，按照初步確定的價格區間測算，假設本次發行GDR數量為初始發行規模下限16,647,078份，則公司募集資金規模為4.99億美元至5.04億美元，假設本次發行GDR數量為初始發行規模上限33,294,157份，則公司募集資金規模為9.99億美元至10.08億美元；假設增發權悉數行使(即增發16,647,078份GDR)，本次發行GDR數量總額為49,941,235份，募集資金總額為14.98億美元至15.12億美元。本次發行未設置超額配售權。
