再迎利好!商務部等27部門發文擴大網絡遊戲審核試點,疊加版號常態化提振市場信心,港A遊戲股齊拉昇

港A股遊戲股集體拉昇,A股方面,截止發稿,冰川網絡漲超17%,惠程科技、鼎龍文化、大晟文化漲停,迅遊科技漲超8%,中青寶、三七互娛等跟漲。

值得注意的是,惠程科技已連續4個交易日漲停,股價創一年以來新高,目前報5.58元,總市值44.75億元。

港股方面,心動公司漲超7%,網易漲超5%,百奧家庭互動、中手遊、IGG等跟漲。

消息面上,商務部等27部門發佈《關於推進對外文化貿易高質量發展的意見》提出,深化文化領域審批改革。聚焦推動文化傳媒、網絡遊戲、動漫、創意設計等領域發展,開展優化審批流程改革試點,擴大網絡遊戲審核試點,創新事中事後監管方式。探索設立市場化運作的文物鑑定機構,鼓勵社會力量參與博物館展覽、教育和文創開發。

此外,自今年上半年以來,國家新聞出版總署分別在4月、6月、7月共計發佈172個版號,其分別為45個、60個、67個。此外在6月下發的版號中,首次出現了試點版號,這或許與政策推進地方網絡遊戲審核工作相關。7月12日,國家新聞出版署公佈的7 月國產網絡遊戲審批信息,共有 67 款遊戲過審,包括朝夕光年的《晶核》,遊族網絡的《戰火與永恆》,西山居的《雙相》,創夢天地的《永恆輪迴:無限》,青瓷遊戲和中青寶共同推出的《三國演義:兵臨城下》等。暑期遊戲新品陸續上線,遊戲運營長線化趨勢明顯。

據中國音數協遊戲工委和中國遊戲產業研究院發佈《2022 年上半年中國遊戲產業報吿》顯示, 2022 年 1-6 月,中國遊戲市場實際銷售收入為 1477.89 億元,遊戲用户規模約 6.66 億人,其中移動遊戲用户規模約 6.55 億人。

自主研發方面,今年1-6月,中國自主研發遊戲國內市場實際銷售收入1245.82億元,同比下降4.25%。總的來看,自研遊戲仍然佔到了中國遊戲市場實際收入的8成以上。中國自主研發遊戲在海外的實際銷售收入達89.89億元,同比增長6.16%。

多重因素影響,2022H1遊戲市場收入、用户雙降。國內疫情反覆,以及遊戲用户增長及“宅經濟”紅利減緩、版號申請門檻增高、防沉迷政策等,都對遊戲市場的發展增速帶來挑戰。

廣發證券認為,今年新上線的重磅遊戲主要在下半年,疊加遊戲版號恢復正常發放,後續產品進入新的釋放週期,結合暑期優勢的Q3,有望迎來新遊戲集中上線帶來的流水豐收。遊戲板塊公司伴隨着國內產品上線,以及遊戲出海和精品化戰略的轉型,將迎來新一輪的業績釋放週期。

信達證券研報指出,版號常態化提振市場信心,助力新游上線節奏正常化。版號發放常態化趨勢明朗,意味着遊戲公司能拿到版號推進新游上線,穩定供給,相關上市公司有望隨新遊週期釋放業績增量,提振信心。同時從絕對數量看,4 月版號恢復發放後的三批版號數量相對少於 2021 年 7 月停發前,這是因為監管層意圖通過版號總量控制去引導行業趨於精品化,提升遊戲內容質量,從而推動行業健康有序發展。

常態化後,遊戲行業內容供給趨於穩定,行業增速修復,重點產品上線催化戴維斯雙擊。同時隨着暑期來臨,玩家在線時長和付費情況會得到明顯提升,再加上游戲出海節奏加快,有望破局低迷行情。
