ManpowerGroup香港:38%僱主料來季增加人手 全球人才短缺是16年來最高
ManpowerGroup香港公布2022年第三季就業展望調查結果,經季節性調整的數據顯示,來季淨就業展望指數為正11%,顯示預期有較多僱主計劃增加人手。受訪的515名僱主中,38%預算未來三個月將增加人手,表示縮減人手則有27%。 由ManpowerGroup(MAN.US)分拆的萬寶盛華大中華(02180.HK)高級副總裁徐玉珊表示,政府5月起取消非香港居民入境限制,個人和商務旅遊上升,綜合各因素而令酒店業僱主的招聘意欲較上季有增加。她指,各大型發展項目的推展、市區重建項目等令本港建造業需要大量專才,但目前建造業專才欠缺多達20%,相信會為僱主帶來招聘壓力。 另外在全球訪問的共40,353名來自40個國家和地區中的僱主中,全球淨就業前景錄得33%,較第二季上升4個百分點,按年增長18個百分點。75%僱主表示,難以填補空缺的數量與去年相比增長了6%。 徐玉珊表示,全球人才短缺是16年以來最高,尤其於資訊科技及通訊媒體業、銀行、金融、保險及房地產業及教育、醫療保健、社會工作及政府,僱主很多時需於短時間內大量聘請不同方面的人才及填補員工空缺,令靈活用工需求持續增長。
