萬泰生物(603392.SH)：公司二價HPV疫苗自上市以來，主要供應自費市場、政府採購佔比低
格隆匯5月30日丨萬泰生物(603392.SH)發佈股票交易異常波動公吿，近日，公司注意到根據2022年5月25日發佈的《江蘇省公共資源交易中心關於公示羣體性預防接種疫苗採購結果的通知》(蘇公易發〔2022〕120號)，公司全資子公司廈門萬泰滄海生物技術有限公司自主研發的雙價人乳頭瘤病毒疫苗(大腸桿菌)(“二價HPV疫苗”)，在南京地區擬以329元/瓶的價格中標9600瓶，該擬中標價格與公司二價HPV疫苗在自費市場的銷售價格一致。
公司注意到，雲南沃森生物技術股份有限公司(“沃森生物”)控股的玉溪澤潤生物技術有限公司的雙價人乳頭瘤病毒疫苗(畢赤酵母)於2022年3月22日取得藥品註冊證書，近日獲得國家藥品監督管理局簽發的《生物製品批簽發證明》，並於近日在南京地區擬以246元/支的價格中標22400支。
1、政府採購佔比低
目前，公司二價HPV疫苗的年產能達3000萬支。2021年，公司二價HPV疫苗的銷量超過1000萬支，政府採購量佔比為1.5%。公司的二價HPV疫苗自上市以來，主要供應自費市場，各地方政府自主針對特定年齡段免費自願接種的採購量佔比較小，對於公司的營業收入影響有限。
2、我國HPV疫苗接種率還有較大提升空間
公司的二價HPV疫苗2020年5月上市，作為國內首家、全球第三家生產廠商獲批的HPV疫苗，屬於二類疫苗(二類疫苗由消費者自願、自費接種，企業自主定價；一類疫苗由政府採購，價格低廉)，主要適用於9-45歲女性，過去的競爭對手主要為默沙東、GSK等國際知名廠商的進口產品。
截至2020年底，我國HPV疫苗累積批簽發量僅能覆蓋約1000萬目標人羣(以3針接種程序計算)，接種率仍然處於較低水平，距離世界衞生組織全球消除宮頸癌計劃的覆蓋率目標還有較大提升空間。
3、公司將持續穩定地提供高質量產品
作為用於癌症預防的疫苗，HPV疫苗的安全性和有效性尤為重要。公司的二價HPV疫苗已於2021年10月通過WHO的PQ認證，標誌着公司產品的安全性、有效性和質量得到了WHO的確認和認可，疫苗技術、質量均達到國際一流水平。公司二價HPV疫苗預防HPV16/18型相關癌前病變的保護率達100%(95%置信區間[55.6,100])，預防HPV16/18型相關6個月持續性感染的保護率為97.7%(95%置信區間[86.2,99.9])。
目前，公司正在積極推進九價HPV疫苗的三期臨牀試驗，公司將始終堅持“創新求發展、質量求生存”的發展理念，持續穩定地提供高質量產品，以滿足廣大適齡女性的預防接種需求，為消除宮頸癌的目標貢獻力量。
在HPV疫苗方面，公司的二價HPV疫苗是首個獲批的國產HPV疫苗，九價HPV疫苗正處於三期臨牀試驗中，公司與GSK合作的新一代HPV疫苗也在積極推進研發中。公司HPV疫苗的競爭對手除已上市的默沙東、GSK和沃森生物外，另有多個競爭對手的產品處於研發及臨牀試驗中，如果公司不能持續地在市場競爭中保持優勢，加快新產品的研發進度，將會面臨增長放緩、市場份額下降以致經營業績下降的風險。
