近期一些“大廠”的“畢業潮”引發了很多討論。曾經業務高速甚至指數級增長的時候，大廠用高薪吸引了眾多優質人才，而現在部分業務線擱淺，部分業務增長碰到瓶頸，人才的擠兑便出現了。這些相對來説高學歷、頭腦靈活、適應高強度工作的年輕人，尤其大部分在一線城市裏面臨着高房貸高房租等高開銷的生活成本，如果還想搏一把未來，機會在哪裏呢？
華興Alpha觀察到，科技創新驅動的企業羣體呈現了目前最為顯著的一個增長態勢。科創企業又經常被稱作“專精特新”，解決國家卡脖子技術問題，改善未來老齡化社會缺乏年輕勞動力的問題，也受到國家很多政策扶持以及資本加註。這些科創企業的創始團隊基本上來自兩塊，一個是高校研究院，另一個是企業高管。創業的門檻顯著提高了很多，很多團隊甚至是兩塊複合背景 ，高校教授有科技成果轉化，產業界高管有產業資源和管理經驗。而且從領域知識來説，也經常涉及跨行業跨專業，有很多交叉學科和複合背景的人才能在這裏充分發揮自己的才能。從整個公司來説，人才畫像和背景也都是更加多元化的。
農民伯伯耕作的時候可以使用APP得到氣象、地質、種植業大數據和專家經驗的指導。建築工人可以穿着外骨骼機器人助力腰部和上肢，更輕鬆且減少勞損的搬起重物了。這一系列科技和產業的結合與落地，都離不開大廠人們曾經打下的紮實基礎。無論是通暢的網絡帶寬，還是低成本的雲計算資源。大廠人們的軟件開發、產品、硬件開發等技術崗位以後可以遷移使用在各個細分領域的場景落地裏。一個曾經做搶菜APP算法的工程師，沒想到可能也可以在一個AI製藥企業裏面做AI算法開發，而且還能拓展很多行業知識，結識很多領域專家。一個曾經做手機芯片相關研發的工程師，或許未來在開發工業用、家用的各種物聯網芯片。就像現在我們講互聯網已經深刻的改變了全行業，每個行業都離不開互聯網了。或許不遠的未來，科創企業們也會流入更多互聯網大廠人們，一起去合力改變更多行業，創造更多科技成果和社會福利。
