格隆匯3月30日丨百福控股(01488.HK)公吿，截至2021年12月31日止年度，收入7.53億元，同比增長15.72%；公司權益持有人應占年內虧損約6.4億元，同比擴大353.84%。每股虧損40.52分人民幣；董事會議決不就截至2021年12月31日止年度宣派任何股息(2020年：無)。
百福堅定的圍繞既定的戰略方向，打造基於數字化運營能力的多品牌的"新"餐飲平台企業，着力提升數字化賦能、運營賦能、投資賦能三大能力，並取得了腳踏實地的進展。
截至2021年12月31日，百福旗下品牌直營和加盟店數合計突破700家，其中直營店500家，加盟店216家，對比2020年12月31日500餘家有明顯增長。直營店的發展一方面是結構調整，關閉選址不佳、績效較差的門店，另一方面是優化模型，新開投資小回本週期短的門店。
加盟的業務策略聚焦在提高渠道拓展效率和加盟支持體系的打造：與具備管理經驗及運營實力的加盟商開展區域加盟合作，借力加盟商的地區優勢，將百福集團的成員品牌向全國各省份推廣。例如，擁有成熟管理經驗的蘭州區域加盟合作夥伴優化了新辣道品牌加盟店模型，推出了主打熗鍋魚和酸菜魚等新產品的新模型店，單店銷售取得了良好增長。
加盟業務的重點工作還包括直營門店和加盟門店一體化管理，推進建立加盟商服務體系，形成良好口碑以促進加盟業務擴大規模。例如，和合谷運營支持團隊統一了直營與加盟的出品、服務、用户體驗標準，建立快捷反饋機制，推進模塊化培訓及稽查系統，在哈爾濱、浙江金華等地區取得了新拓展。
此外，遇見小面因產品標準化程度高客羣廣泛，加盟區域已擴張至福建等地，並吸引了員工參與加盟創業；仔皇煲更名煲仔皇，改進口味以適應南方市場，加盟門店在江蘇、安徽等地區快速擴張開設13家門店；西少爺豐富了產品線，利用新媒體擴大品牌知名度，亦實現多個區域加盟業務的突破。
