開拓藥業-B(09939.HK)公佈年度業績 研發成本大增133.5%至7.68億元 努力盡快將普克魯胺投放市場
格隆匯3月25日丨開拓藥業-B(09939.HK)公佈，截至2021年12月31日止年度，公司錄得對外授權合約收益人民幣3420萬元，其產生自收取有關普克魯胺對外授權的首付款。
集團的研發成本由截至2020年12月31日止年度的人民幣3.29億元增加至截至2021年12月31日止年度的人民幣7.68億元，增長率133.5%，主要由於集團於報吿期間發起及進行的三項用於治療COVID-19的普克魯胺(GT0918)MRCT。
於本公吿日期，公司已開發出七種臨牀階段藥物，並在中國（包括台灣）、美國及其他國家和地區取得開始臨牀試驗批准。該等臨牀階段在研藥物包括兩款雄激素受體(AR)拮抗劑、ALK-1單抗、AR-PROTAC、PD-L1/TGF-雙靶點抗體、mTOR激酶抑制劑、Hedgehog/SMO抑制劑。
除上述在研藥物之外，公司亦處於開發其他潛在在研藥物的發現階段，包括在PROTAC平台基於其他靶點（如c-Myc等）的化合物以及ALK-1/VEGF雙特異性抗體等。
於2021年4月，公司與CDMO公司海南華益泰康藥業有限公司就擴大普克魯胺產能訂立戰略合作協議。公司在平湖的生產設施目前處於項目設計階段。平湖的生產設施建設處於籌備開工階段，預計2022年第二季度開工建設。2021年4月30日，開拓藥業正式進駐珠海國際健康港。珠海辦事處將以腫瘤免疫為重點，大力推進集團生物藥的臨牀研發、生產和商業化。開拓藥業在豐富產品管線策略方面又邁進新的一步。
自2020年7月以來，公司一直在進行普克魯胺用於治療COVID-19的臨牀試驗。根據公司收集的臨牀數據，普克魯胺在治療COVID-19患者中的安全性和療效效果顯着。公司努力盡快將普克魯胺投放市場，以治療COVID-19，並幫助全球各地的人們戰勝COVID-19。
公司亦計劃利用我們於AR相關研究方面的專長，繼續在中國及美國進行福瑞他恩用於治療雄激素性脱髮及痤瘡的臨牀開發。同時，公司計劃開發ALK-1作為潛在的同類首創藥物，以及PD-L1/TGF-?作為潛在的同類最佳藥物，在配合多種抗體或雙特異性抗體的聯合療法中用於治療各類實體瘤，並利用公司的生物製劑研發人員的專業知識來提升我們的生物製劑研發能力。公司亦計劃進一步利用公司的PROTAC平台開發小分子藥物（例如GT20029），並尋求將PROTAC分子應用於局部治療的創新藥物策略。
為支持公司的持續增長，公司計劃持續投資研發基礎設施及人才以推進臨牀階段在研藥物的臨牀開發，以及公司現有及未來在研藥物的臨牀前開發。公司亦計劃在藥物開發過程的各個方面尋求合作機會，包括臨牀前技術、臨牀聯合療法及商業化。
