格隆匯3月25日丨中國財險(02328.HK)公佈年度業績，2021年，公司實現原保險保費收入4,483.84億元，同比增長3.8%，市場份額同比上升，持續穩居行業首位；總資產6,826.22億元，淨利潤223.65億元，同比增長7.2%，總投資收益率5.0%，淨資產收益率達11.3%，擬派末期股息每股0.407元(含税)。
2021年，公司及子公司實現總保費收入4,495.33億元人民幣，同比增長3.8%。市場份額為中國財產保險市場的32.8%。面對外部挑戰，公司及子公司順應改革趨勢，着眼於提升業務質量，主動調整業務結構，一方面大力發展家庭自用車業務，家庭自用車市場份額同比提升1.4個百分點，保費佔比同比上升1.0個百分點，為歷史同期最高值，行業領先優勢明顯，機動車輛險業務結構和質量持續改善；另一方面鞏固擴大政策性業務優勢，大力拓展商業非車險業務發展空間，非車險業務實現總保費收入1,942.58億元人民幣，同比增長16.0%；非車險業務佔比43.2%，同比提高4.5個百分點，整體業務結構更加均衡。
2021年，公司及子公司堅持高質量發展，實現税前利潤260.28億元人民幣，同比增長5.5%。其中，保險業務板塊積極應對車險綜合改革和暴雨、颱風等重大災害事故的影響，聚焦提質降本增效，綜合成本率99.6%，持續優於行業。投資板塊實現投資收益261.54億元人民幣，同比增長12.8%。淨利潤223.65億元人民幣，同比增長7.2%；淨資產收益率11.3%。總資產6,826.22億元人民幣，淨資產2,056.49億元人民幣，分別較年初增加358.21億元人民幣和156.18億元人民幣；未決賠款準備金淨額佔已賺淨保費的比例為37.1%，同比上升3.0個百分點；綜合償付能力充足率284%，繼續保持穩定。由
公司及子公司踐行以客户為中心的經營理念，創新產品服務方案，強化落實消費者權益保護，持續改進服務流程，提升客户體驗，客户規模不斷壯大，客户黏性進一步增強。2021年末，個人客户數量達1.1億人，較年初增長10.1%；團體客户數量達383.3萬個，較年初增長9.5%。汽車險續保率73.1%，同比提升2.1個百分點，家庭自用車續保率75.9%，同比提升2.8個百分點。95518客服中心服務能力持續增強，連續14年蟬聯年度「最佳呼叫中心」獎項。同時，公司加速線上化、數字化建設，2021年家庭自用車客户線上化率93.5%，同比提升4.5個百分點；分散型非車險客户線上化率76.0%，同比提升11.1個百分點；"中國人保"APP、微信公眾號、官方網站等線上平台服務客户超8,500萬人，"人保e通"APP保費收入達862.45億元人民幣，同比增長33.2%，數字化轉型取得新成效。
