《大行報告》富瑞下調中國鐵塔(00788.HK)目標價至1.07元 評級「買入」
富瑞發表報告,指中國鐵塔(00788.HK)2021年第四季度業績略遜預期,收入、稅息折舊及攤銷前盈利(EBITDA)及純利較市場預期分別低出3%、5%及16%,亦較該行預期分別低出2%、6%及28%。
該行稱,末季鐵塔業務收入按年及按季下跌3.6%及6.7%,主要是受政府規定折扣等影響,預期鐵塔業務收入增長仍然受壓,主因電訊業正在爲5G部署較少頻譜。非鐵塔收入增長略超預期,但不足以抵銷其他業務的弱點,將目標價由1.18元調低至1.07元,評級「買入」。
