中原高速(600020.SH)：鄭州至洛陽高速公路項目獲得河南省發改委核准
格隆匯3月8日丨中原高速(600020.SH)公佈，2022年3月7日，河南省發展和改革委員會向鄭州市、洛陽市發展改革委出具《關於鄭州至洛陽高速公路項目申請報吿核准的批覆》(豫發改基礎〔2022〕169號)，主要內容如下：
一、鄭州至洛陽高速公路項目建設有利於完善區域路網，分擔連霍高速交通壓力，加快鄭州市國家中心城市建設、促進黃河流域生態保護和高質量發展、帶動沿線區域經濟發展和旅遊資源開發。根據《行政許可法》、《企業投資項目核准和備案管理條例》，結合省交通運輸廳行業審查意見和諮詢機構評估意見，經研究，同意建設鄭州至洛陽高速公路(項目代碼：2102-410000-04-01-220870)。
二、路線走向：項目起點位於榮陽市賈峪鎮周新莊東南，設馬米路樞紐互通式立交，與鄭州西南繞城高速相交。終點位於伊濱區劉窯西，設龍門樞紐互通式立交，與二廣高速相交。
三、項目主要建設內容、建設規模：項目全長約99公里。全線設特大橋2座，大橋33座；長隧道2處、中隧道1處；互通式立交14座，其中樞紐互通式立交4座；服務區2處(其中1處與萬山湖互通式立交合建)，停車區1處(與西村互通式立交合建)，監控通訊分中心1處、養護工區2處、應急物資儲備中心1處、橋隧管理所1處。
項目採用雙向六車道高速公路技術標準，路基寬34.5米。其中起點至長壽山互通式立交段、西村互通式立交至終點段設計速度120公里/小時；長壽山互通式立交至西村互通式立交段設計速度100公里/小時。路面面層採用瀝青混凝土結構；橋涵設計汽車荷載等級採用公路﹣I級。其他技術指標應符合《公路工程技術標準》(JTGB01-2014）規定。
四、項目估算總投資約198.8億元，項目資本金按照國家有關規定執行。項目擬採用BOT模式，項目實施機構為鄭州市、洛陽市交通運輸局。項目法人為河南交投中原高速鄭洛建設有限公司，由河南中原高速公路股份有限公司全資組建。
