《藍籌業績》阿里(09988.HK)第三財季斥14億美元回購ADS
阿里(09988.HK)(BABA.US)在第三財季業績報告指,季內根據公司的股份回購計劃,以約14億美元回購了約1,010萬股美國存託股(相等於約8,070萬股普通股)。財年首九個月,根據公司的股份回購計劃,以約77億美元回購了約4,220萬股美國存託股(相等於近3.38億股普通股),佔整個150億美元股份回購計劃的51%。
截至去年底,公司已發行和流通的普通股為約215億股(相等於約27億股美國存託股)。目前的股份回購計劃將於2022年12月底到期。
