富瑞:料軟銀上季已減持阿里巴巴二千萬股,今年將加碼沽貨
富瑞發表研究報吿指,軟銀在2022年需要400億至450億美元現金來為其私募股權投資和回購提供資金,有可能通過出售資產而非舉債來籌資,認為其所持的阿里巴巴(9988.HK)股份是“顯而易見”的套現選項。
富瑞估計,軟銀過去30天進行了超過30億美元的私募投資,並在上月回購了7.5億美元股票。軟銀上季度料已減持2000萬股阿里巴巴股票,可能會繼續沽售阿里巴巴以及T-Mobile和德意志電信套現,以便繼續為上述舉措提供資金,而且今年可能需要賣出比上一季度更多的股票。
