阿里公佈10億美元“綠債”使用進展：已全部用於能源效益、綠色建築、疫情應對等
近日，阿里巴巴集團披露了《2021可持續發展債券(一週年報吿)》，公佈相關債券的投入方向和成果進展。據悉，去年2月，阿里巴巴集團發行了為期20年的可持續發展債券，所得款項淨額約9.87億美元。目前，該資金已全部用以支持12個ESG相關項目，覆蓋了能源效益、綠色建築、新冠肺炎危機應對等領域。
阿里巴巴成為國內首家發行綠債的科技企業，也是首批以此方式在綠色和可持續項目方面投入的亞洲科技公司之一。
作為債券市場的重要品種，綠色債券在助力“碳達峯、碳中和”目標中的作用愈發凸顯。Wind數據顯示，2022年1月，債券市場綠色債券發行規模是去年同期近13倍。
據阿里巴巴集團披露，發債所得款項中，45.7%投入至能源效益項目，35.7%投入至綠色建築項目，14.9%用於新冠疫情應對項目，其餘用於可再生能源及循環經濟和設計元素。
在能源效益項目中，阿里巴巴將此次發債融得的4.51億美元，用於支持建設阿里雲節能數據中心，並投入技術確保數據中心在低耗能和低污染條件下運行，如應用熱力回收供暖減少冬季消耗、使用液體浸沒冷卻技術更有效地吸收部件產生的熱量。目前，阿里巴巴位於河北張北、內蒙古烏蘭察布、江蘇南通等地的數據中心，均已達到國家綠色數據中心標準。其中，支持本次冬奧會的阿里巴巴張北數據中心，已成為國內第一個平均能源利用率(PUE)小於1.2的數據中心。
在建造和翻新符合標準的綠色建築方面，阿里巴巴投入3.52億美元。目前，相關建築項目設計獲第三方(LEED)認證的建築面積超過190萬平方米；同時，智能感測及物聯網(IoT)技術也被應用於監測辦公環境的能耗情況。
此外，在新冠疫情危機應對、可再生能源、循環經濟和設計等項目，阿里巴巴將融資所得分別投入1.47億美元、3,600萬美元和100萬美元。
據阿里巴巴相關人士介紹，上述由債券籌集資金支持的12個項目，僅為阿里巴巴集團ESG項目中較具代表性的一部分，阿里巴巴集團會持續推進企業內部及其商業生態的可持續發展。
2021年年底，阿里巴巴集團發佈了《阿里巴巴碳中和行動報吿》，成為國內互聯網科技企業首個碳中和行動報吿。根據該報吿，阿里巴巴承諾在2030年前實現自身運營碳中和，協同生態上下游，共同實現碳排放強度較2020年減半；並開創性地首推“範圍3+”的維度，到2035年帶動生態累計減碳15億噸。
