格隆匯2月4日丨同達創業(600647.SH)公佈2021年度業績預減公吿,公司2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約為580萬元至600萬元之間,與上年同期相比,將減少約570萬元至590萬元,同比減少約49%至52%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約為360萬元至370萬元之間,與上年同期相比,將減少約350萬元至360萬元,同比減少約48%至51%。
公司本次業績預減主要是由於去年公司持有的寧波通力仁和投資合夥企業(有限合夥)份額公允價值變動增加當年利潤約1001萬元,本期公司已不再持有上述有限合夥企業的份額。
