港股異動 | 香港本地銀行股普漲 機構料銀行淨息差可能已見底
格隆匯1月26日丨渣打集團漲3.65%,匯豐控股漲3%,恆生銀行、東亞銀行皆有漲幅。畢馬威報吿顯示,香港銀行對2022年財務業績的展望更趨於樂觀,主要是由於利率回升有助改善息差,跨境理財通等業務逐步落實帶來新的增長機會,非利息收入也有望提升。該機構預計,銀行淨息差可能已見底,隨著通脹率抬頭,2022年有可能面臨多次加息,貸款業務仍具韌力,樂觀的經濟情緒將轉化為貸款業務的穩步增長。
