人社部等再對騰訊(00700.HK)、阿里(09988.HK)及美團(03690.HK)等平台行政指導
國家人力資源社會保障部等多部委日前再次對滴滴、美團(3690.HK)、阿里巴巴(09988.HK)、騰訊(00700.HK)等11家頭部平台企業聯合開展行政指導,要求維護新就業形態勞動者勞動保障權益。阿里巴巴旗下餓了麼、曹操、達達、閃送、貨拉拉、滿幫及到家集團等亦在行政指導之列。
人社部表示,平台企業要全面準確理解政策要求,在前期工作基礎上,深入了解勞動者訴求,加大對用工合作企業保障勞動者權益的監督力度,持續完善平台算法和勞動規則,健全企業保障新就業形態勞動者權益的制度機制。
於去年9月,人社部等部委已對頭部平台企業就維護新就業形態勞動者勞動保障權益開展聯合行政指導,要求其明確時間表,壓實工作責任並及時整改。(ta/w) ~
