《全日總結》恆指升253點 匯控騰訊領漲 內房股彈

港股在匯控(00005.HK)、騰訊(00700.HK)及醫藥股帶動下造好。恆指高開30點，早段曾跌94點一度低見23,399點，其後倒升，尾市曾高見23,790點，全日升253點或1.08%，收23,746點；國指升134點或1.63%，收8,365點；恆生科技指數升121點或2.21%，收5,625點。大市全日成交總額1,387.46億元，滬、深港通南下交易分別淨流入28.11億及14.45億元人民幣。
醫藥股見炒作。康希諾醫藥(06185.HK)升9.9%，信達生物(01801.HK)、石藥(01093.HK)及中生製藥(01177.HK)各升6%至6.5%，中國中藥(00570.HK)及威高股份(01066.HK)各升4.8%及5.2%。醫療科網股阿裏健康(00241.HK)及京東健康(06618.HK)各升10.8%及11.6%，平安好醫生(01833.HK)升8.3%。
科技股方面，阿裏巴巴(09988.HK)回吐0.9%報127.6元，騰訊升2.3%報453.2元，美團(03690.HK)、小米(01810.HK)、百度(09888.HK)及網易(09999.HK)各升1.3%至1.9%。商湯(00020.HK)股價回吐2.6%。快手(01024.HK)彈10.1%報77.9元。
IGG(00799.HK)料2021年度淨利潤跌80%至90%，今日股價挫17.9%。舜宇(02382.HK)去年12月手機鏡頭出貨量年減7.3%，全日股價跌0.8%。比亞迪電子(00285.HK)及丘鈦(01478.HK)各升3.8%。電訊設備股中興(00763.HK)升6%。
國壽(02628.HK)董事長王濱涉嚴重違法受查，公司稱經營管理運作正常，股價逆跌1.6%報13.24元。美十年期國債孳息在亞太時段升至1.8釐，本地銀行股匯控升3.2%報51.7元，恆生(00011.HK)、渣打(02888.HK)、中銀香港(02388.HK)及東亞(00023.HK)各升2%至3.3%。港交所(00388.HK)升2%報458.2元，友邦(01299.HK)跌1.2%報80元。
龍湖(00960.HK)建議分拆龍湖智創主板上市，股價升2%。據報廣東省推動國企收購有債務問題內房項目，雅居樂(03383.HK)及奧園(03883.HK)各升10.3%及11.8%，佳兆業(01638.HK)升7.4%，富力(02777.HK)升5.6%。恆大(03333.HK)平收報1.73元。世茂據報與萬科(02202.HK)洽談資產處置，世茂(00813.HK)升19.1%，萬科升2.7%。其餘內房方面，碧桂園(02007.HK)升3.4%，融創(01918.HK)急彈12.1%。
其餘股份方面，申洲(02313.HK)股價升2.2%，創科(00669.HK)跌5.1%。
