《全日總結》恆指升420點 阿裏揚逾6% 潤地及中海外受捧

港股在科技股及內房股帶動下上升。恆指高開246點，早段升幅曾收窄至89點低見23,162點，其後升幅再度擴大並以接近全日高位收市，最終升420點或1.82%，收23,493點，國指升162點或2.01%，收8,231點；恆生科技指數升107點或1.99%，收5,503點。大市全日成交總額1,472.66億元，滬、深港通南下交易分別淨流入19.48億及19.56億元人民幣。
科技股上升，阿裏巴巴(09988.HK)調整架構，股價升6.4%報128.8元。騰訊(00700.HK)升1.3%報443元，美團(03690.HK)升0.9%報204元，小米(01810.HK)升0.8%報18.26元，京東(09618.HK)升4.8%報268.8元，百度(09888.HK)升4.9%報155.3元，網易(09999.HK)及快手(01024.HK)各升3.5%及4.1%。
衆安在線(06060.HK)、京東健康(06618.HK)及新浪微博(09898.HK)各升5.2%至5.9%，阿裏健康(00241.HK)升7%。高盛報告指臺灣大立光拓鏡頭模組等業務，料競爭激烈令毛利率顯着下跌，同業舜宇(02382.HK)及瑞聲(02018.HK)各跌4.7%及1.8%。
市傳內房併購貸款或不再計入「三條紅線」債務限制，內房股顯着造好，國資內房中海外(00688.HK)及潤地(01109.HK)各升9.1%及7.3%，中國金茂(00817.HK)及萬科(02202.HK)各升逾7%，旭輝(00884.HK)升6.4%。物管股華潤萬象生活(01209.HK)炒高9.7%。世茂(00813.HK)否認債務違約，股價仍挫5.4%。
金融股隨外圍造好，匯控(00005.HK)升2.2%報50.1元，渣打(02888.HK)升5.6%報50.65元，友邦(01299.HK)升1.6%報81元，內銀股郵儲行(01658.HK)及招行(03968.HK)各升5.9%及4.5%。內險股造好，中國平安(02318.HK)及太保(02601.HK)各升5.3%及4%。港交所(00388.HK)升3.3%。
報道指內地多地重大項目批量開工，項目總投資額逾3萬億人幣，基建及建材股上揚，海螺水泥(00914.HK)、潤泥(01313.HK)、中聯重科(01157.HK)、中鐵建(01186.HK)及中國中鐵(00390.HK)各升3.6%至4.4%，中建材(03323.HK)升7%。鋼鐵股馬鋼(00323.HK)及鞍鋼(00347.HK)各升4.7%及6.7%，重鋼(01053.HK)升7.8%。中鋁(02600.HK)亦升5.5%。
油股中石油(00857.HK)炒高6.3%報3.71元，油服股中海油服(02883.HK)升3.1%。
