《全日總結》恆指升15點 內房股揚 商湯反覆漲逾5%

美股道指及標普500指數創收市新高，恆指今日反覆靠穩。恆指高開125點，早段曾升164點一度高見23,439點，其後曾跌127點低見23,146點，最終全日升15或0.06%，收23,289點；國指跌8點或0.11%，收8,180點；恆生科技指數跌58點或1.04%，收5,581點。大市全日成交總額升1,183.13億元。滬港通南下交易淨流入8.26億元人民幣，深港通南下交易淨流出5.25億元人民幣。
科技股走軟。騰訊(00700.HK)跌0.8%報450元，阿裏巴巴(09988.HK)升1.7%報116.9元，小米(01810.HK)跌0.2%報18.56元，美團(03690.HK)、京東(09618.HK)、網易(09999.HK)及快手(01024.HK)各跌1.7%至1.9%。商湯(00020.HK)股價曾抄上25%，收市升幅收窄至5.8%。手機部件股瑞聲(02018.HK)獲高盛唱好，股價升6.8%。
內房股急升，世茂(00813.HK)及奧園(03883.HK)各升9.7%及8.8%，富力(02777.HK)、遠洋(03377.HK)及中海外(00688.HK)各升5.5%至5.6%。內房股恆大(03333.HK)稱海花島限期拆除僅針對2號島地塊39棟樓，恆大復牌升1.3%，同系恆大物業(06666.HK)升3.8%。融創服務(01516.HK)終止收購第一服務(02107.HK)逾32%股權，融創服務升5.7%，第一服務股價下瀉42.3%，融創中國(01918.HK)升5.6%報11.26元。
美債孳息上升，匯控(00005.HK)、中銀香港(02388.HK)及渣打(02888.HK)各升2%至2.1%，友邦(01299.HK)升0.6%報79.45元。
個別內需股受挫，農夫山泉(09633.HK)及呷哺呷哺(00520.HK)各挫9.8%及7.1%，李寧(02331.HK)及特步(01368.HK)各跌7.5%及5.1%。
《人民日報》海外版刊文指要破解罕見病「天價藥」難題及稱政府應引導發揮作用，多隻醫藥股受壓。信達生物(01801.HK)、藥明生物(02269.HK)及藥明康德(02359.HK)各跌5%至7.8%。
內地電力股回吐，潤電(00836.HK)跌11.7%。華能國電(00902.HK)、大唐發電(00991.HK)、華電國際(01071.HK)及中國電力(02380.HK)各跌8.1%至9.7%。
