阿里巴巴投資者日：全球化業務拓展本地化服務 海外MAU全球第四名
"在全球化的市場上，阿里巴巴通過多種模式，在多個區域市場和國家市場，採用多品牌經營的方式來滿足當地消費者需求。"12月17日，阿里巴巴集團董事會主席兼首席執行官張勇在杭州舉行的2021年阿里巴巴投資者日上説。
由於受全球新冠疫情的影響，阿里巴巴第二次在線上舉辦投資者日。張勇向來自全球的分析師和投資者們系統解讀阿里巴巴三大戰略"內需、全球化和高科技"進展。
根據11月18日阿里巴巴發佈的2022財年第二季度財報，阿里巴巴全球化業務同比增長41%，廣泛覆蓋全球約200個國家和地區。截至2021年9月30日止的12個月，Lazada、AliExpress(速賣通)、Trendyol 及 Daraz 增長強勁，年度活躍消費者達2.85億，剔除未支付訂單年度GMV累計達441億美元，訂單量同比增長62%。
據瞭解，從月活躍用户人數(MAU)的角度，阿里巴巴的海外商業平台均登上全球TOP 20 MAU排行榜，加總後，阿里全球化業務的整體海外MAU排在全球第四名。
從1999年阿里巴巴國際站的誕生到2010年推出AliExpress，從2014年天貓國際成立再到2017年提出"全球買、全球賣、全球遊、全球運、全球付"五個全球化，再到圍繞世界電子貿易平台 eWTP 建設全球貿易基礎設施，身處不同發展階段的阿里巴巴一直堅持全球化戰略佈局，不斷孵化出新業務和新賽道，用創新力量解決社會問題。
在東南亞市場，阿里巴巴通過本地電商發展來帶動跨境業務，利用中國供應鏈的優勢面向海外發展。目前，Lazada在印度尼西亞、馬來西亞、菲律賓、新加坡、泰國和越南六個東南亞主要市場開展業務。
在歐洲市場，從跨境業務開始的AliExpress近年大力拓展歐洲重點國家的本地化服務，形成多維度的本地供給和跨境商品供給。
"海外業務Trendyol剛成功完成私募融資，獲得了超額認購。"阿里巴巴首席財務官武衞介紹，"此輪融資為Trendyol今後包括併購活動在內的資金需求提供了支持，也使管理層和員工的激勵與Trendyol的未來增長前景更加統一。"
近年來，阿里巴巴也在全球加大物流等基礎設施投入。從跨境節點到運力調度能力，從本地化遞送網絡建設到在歐洲建設末端自提櫃，菜鳥圍繞着整個海外商業建設物流基礎設施。
"全球化"是菜鳥區別於其他物流公司的顯著優勢之一。8年多來，菜鳥持續投入全球物流基礎設施和底層能力建設，2021年3月日均服務跨境包裹量超過500萬件，達到與國際物流巨頭持平的水平。"菜鳥會持續在海外物流基礎設施加大投入，保持全球化物流能力持續領先。"菜鳥CEO萬霖説。
阿里雲智能總裁張建鋒在17日的投資者日上分享了阿里雲的國際化進展，阿里雲目前正在加速拓展海外市場，東南亞市場的營收增長超60%。
他透露，今年阿里雲升級了海外組織結構，以國家為單位設立國家經理制度，更高質量服務本地市場，"我們的服務團隊、解決方案團隊在逐漸實現本地化，這是我們在國際化過程中非常重要的一步。"
