4間公共事業工會要求加薪 中電指按既定機制調整薪酬 煤氣稱暫未討論
香港公共事業工會聯合會屬下港燈-SS(02638.HK)、中電控股(00002.HK)、煤氣(00003.HK)及電訊盈科(00008.HK)4間企業工會調查發現,75%以上受訪員工期望明年加薪4%至6%,各工會要求加薪不少於5%,另根據公司業績派發獎金。 就此,港燈指每年底都會檢討薪酬,實行「按績論酬」政策,並會考慮公司營運表現、經濟環境及市場薪酬趨勢,將於年底公布有關結果。 中電發言人表示,每年按既定機制調整員工薪酬,會考慮多方面因素包括市場整體趨勢、社會經濟數據及公司整體營運表現等作來釐定合理並具巿場競爭力的調整幅度。 煤氣稱,一般於年中調整薪酬,現未就加薪事宜作討論,公司會按整體經濟環境及其他外圍因素,以及員工的工作表現作為加薪的考慮因素。
