人行研究局王信:強化平台企業金融監管 所有金融業務必須持牌經營
據《新京報》引述中國人民銀行研究局局長王信在「財經年會2022」上表示,要加強和完善平台企業金融監管,加強對大型互聯網平台業務的穿透性監管,維護廣大金融消費者權益。
王信表示,要適應數字經濟發展需要,努力遵循市場化、法治化原則,全面清理整頓互聯網違法違規金融活動;強化平台企業金融活動監管,明確要求其金融活動全部納入金融監管,所有金融業務必須持牌經營,消除監管套利;加強對大型互聯網平台業務的穿透性監管,增強業務信息披露全面性和透明度,維護廣大金融消費者權益。
