農業技術新突破，淘菜菜和阿里數農自研國產即食獼猴桃成功上市
格隆匯11月9日丨一輩子生活在四川天府平原現年58歲的農民楊金文一直很不解，在市面上，10個自己種的獼猴桃，才抵得上1只進口奇異果的價錢。
種了10年獼猴桃的楊金文很篤定，國產獼猴桃的品種不見得比進口的差，但他又不得不承認，進口獼猴桃買來即可食用，而消費者收國產獼猴桃的快遞就像開盲盒，時好時壞，吃一半扔一半的現象屢見不鮮。
直到最近，阿里巴巴數字農業事業部的一項技術突破，讓楊金文的獼猴桃長臉了一回。
近日，社區電商平台淘菜菜聯合阿里數字農業事業部，在蒲江的基地自主研發出首批全鏈路數字化的國產獼猴桃，買到即可食用，口感向進口品牌看齊。
淘菜菜商品運營兼阿里數農負責人陳彤彤稱，11月1日，該批國產即食獼猴桃上線淘菜菜，僅3天即售罄。
中國是獼猴桃的故鄉、全世界獼猴桃種植面積和產量最大的國家，但在中國賣得最好的獼猴桃來自新西蘭，只因國產獼猴桃無法做到規模化的“採後即食”。
為此，阿里數農和淘菜菜專門成立了國產即食獼猴桃研發中心。阿里數農攻克國產獼猴桃後熟技術的“卡脖子”難題，在核心產區進行規模化推廣，同時通過社區電商淘菜菜連接全國大市場。
業內人士分析，技術研發、產業培育與市場推廣“三位一體”，有助於國產獼猴桃打贏翻身仗。

阿里數農和淘菜菜建立了一套全鏈路標準化並且可大規模商業化的研發、生產、供應體系：從果園種植到採摘入庫、分級分選、採後催熟、貯藏保鮮和流通運輸，每個環節都制定了嚴格的標準生產工藝，這些在過去的中國獼猴桃產業尚屬空白。
買到即可食用的體驗，有賴於全鏈路的精準把控。從消費者買到獼猴桃的最佳熟度倒推，上游的每個環節都需要數字化、可視化。
在果園監測環節，阿里數農投用了中國獼猴桃第一台無損監測設備。獼猴桃無需下樹即可獲得糖度、幹物質等樣本數據，減少損耗並提高水果品質檢測的準確度。
在長期處於海外技術性壟斷的後熟技術處理環節，阿里數農聯合技術夥伴自研了中國第一台獼猴桃催熟和壓差預冷一體化設備，經反覆測試，已具備規模化應用能力。

優質原料果至為關鍵。阿里數農繼續深入農業“最先一公里”，在四川蒲江、邛崍，陝西周至、武功等獼猴桃核心產區進行甄選並打造超過30個直採基地，同時還在蒲江、武功建成兩個大型的數字化產地倉。
先進技術能否走出實驗室，取決於市場的檢驗與認可。高端農產品面臨叫好不叫座的挑戰。而淘菜菜最大的優勢是，建立了從田頭到餐桌的直採直銷網絡，通過全鏈路降本增效，具備了大規模平價供應能力。
作為淘菜菜“超級系列”第一個爆款，原本高端的即食獼猴桃進入了尋常百姓家。據瞭解，
“超級系列”是淘菜菜內部主打品質升級的核心項目，目的是讓國產優質果蔬不僅買得到，而且“人人吃得起”。該系列區別於同行果品的特點主要是，品質媲美精品商超的高端果，但價格卻比高端品牌低50%以上。
今年，淘菜菜首次參加天貓雙11，除了即食獼猴桃，還推出了新平冰糖橙、眉山愛媛橙、鹽源醜蘋果等多款物美價優的“超級系列”果品，上線後均供不應求。
陳彤彤介紹，“超級系列”還在持續開發中，未來淘菜菜會根據時令不斷上線新品，並將從水果逐漸延展到蔬菜、水產、肉禽蛋奶等其它生鮮品類。
