騰訊(00700.HK)升級員工福利 入職五年送長期健康保險
內媒報道,騰訊(00700.HK)繼上週推出員工「退休福利」後,今日(9日)宣佈全面升級員工「職業裏程碑」關懷方案,將過去的3個節點升級爲6個,即由原來的入職「1年、10年及20年」,升級爲入職「1年、5年、10年、15年、20年及法定退休」6個重要節點,每個節點員工都能享受到不同實物禮品或特色權益。
騰訊是次新增的3個節點中,員工入職5年可獲一份「長期健康保障」,即使員工未來離職仍可繼續獲得保障;入職15年可獲「終身健康保障」以及「可自主提前解鎖長期服務回饋」,意味員工可自由選擇是否提前領取退休福利;到了法定退休階段的員工,根據此前披露的退休方案,除了國家發放的社保養老金,還可同時享有由騰訊提供的訂製紀念品、長期服務感謝金、退休榮譽金3項福利。
