uSMART盈立智投10月19日消息，截止發稿，港股三大指數漲跌不一，恆生指數跌0.01%報26134.36點，成交額366.01億；恆生科技指數跌0.24%報6675.14點，成交額96.30億；紅籌指數漲1.45%報3933.24點，成交額13.02億。
板塊方面：
港股內房股持續走高，華潤置地漲超7%，綠城中國、龍湖集團、中國奧園和融創中國漲超6%。昨日，央行行長易綱在迴應恆大事件時稱，恆大風險是個案風險，恆大事件對金融行業的外溢性可控。有信心能把風險控制在一定範圍，避免發生系統性風險。
港股互聯網醫療板塊走高。阿裏健康漲超2%，平安好醫生、衆安在線漲超1%，京東健康漲0.6%。
港股區塊鏈概念股多數上行。美圖漲近4%，火幣科技漲3.6%，金蝶國際漲1.8%，金山軟件漲0.6%。
港股餐飲股普跌。海底撈跌超2%，海倫司跌1.7%，九毛九跌1.3%，大家樂集團跌1.1%。
港股鋼鐵板塊走高，鞍鋼股份、馬鞍山鋼鐵股份漲超3%，中國鋁業、重慶鋼鐵股份漲近3%。
個股方面：
合生創展開漲0.9%，此前表示不接受恆大物業予以解除或終止協議，仍準備完成收購恆大物業有關股份的協議。
阿裏巴巴低開1.59%，昨日港股收漲逾6%。
福萊特玻璃漲2.2%，今年1-9月淨利潤同比增長1.12倍。
香港交易所跌超2%，遭瑞士信貸下調目標價。
海底撈跌超5%，失守50日線，報28.9港元。
旭輝控股集團漲超5%，前9月合同銷售金額1930.5億元，同比增加25.07%。
綠城中國升約7%，年內銷售延續高增長。
