調查:本港僱員今年平均加薪1% 明年加幅料3%
香港人力資源管理學會今日(18日)發表2021年薪酬趨勢調查顯示,香港僱員今年平均加薪1%,較去年升幅1.4%收窄。而扣除1月至8月的平均通脹率1.4%之後,實際薪酬調整爲負0.4%,是過去十年首次出現負增長。
該會於今年1至9月進行調查,訪問了16個行業115間機構,涉及16.3萬名僱員。調查指,公司業績連續兩年成爲企業調整薪酬的最主要因素,其次是香港經濟狀況。近七成受訪機構有加薪,三成機構凍薪,另有1%的機構減薪。其中,僱員人數介乎500至1,000人的中型企業,加薪幅度最高,達2.8%;其次是小型企業,加薪1.4%;大型企業加薪幅度最低,只有0.7%。
展望明年,有57%機構未決定明年會否加薪,37%機構表示將於明年爲僱員加薪,另有6%機構明年將會凍薪。根據所有機構提供的數據,預期明年平均加薪幅度爲3%。
