彭博:阿里“淘菜菜”讓社區電商更穩健、更精細
格隆匯9月18日丨彭博社昨日發佈阿里巴巴社區商業品牌升級的相關消息,並援引花旗研究最新研報稱,對於低線城市的消費者和供應商而言,淘菜菜可以讓商業夥伴更容易將其與阿里巴巴的生態系統聯繫起來。通過數字化賦能社區小店,阿里巴巴正更穩健地推動社區電商發展。

9月14日,阿里社區電商在湖南長沙召開發佈會,宣佈將其品牌正式升級為“淘菜菜”。阿里淘菜菜負責人戴珊表示:“淘菜菜是為美好生活而來,希望為老百姓提供更多的實惠好貨,更便利且有温度的服務;同時要幫農民增加收入,讓小店生意更好。”
花旗研報稱,據阿里巴巴集團公佈的2022財年第一季度財報,今年4月-6月阿里社區電商GMV環比增長約200%,區域分撥中心(RDC)建築面積環比增長260%。研報認為,阿里巴巴將其社區電商品牌升級為淘菜菜,表明阿里巴巴將進一步以精細化的方式滲透到社區電商業務中。依託阿里特有的數字技術和多年沉澱的農業基礎設施,淘菜菜提出並構建了從田頭到餐桌的農產品直採直銷網絡。

•最新消息——阿里社區電商於9月14日宣佈將其品牌正式升級為“淘菜菜”,第一家“淘菜菜小店”在湖南省長沙市開業。淘菜菜的成長策略包括建設社區美好生活、提供更多實惠好貨及服務以及幫農民增加收入,讓小店生意更好。淘菜菜將重點放在供應鏈上,關注商户的履行能力和服務能力。除現有功能外,淘菜菜還協同菜鳥驛站、餓了麼等業務,為小店提供“一店多能”的柔性定製。
•淘菜菜經營指標——截至目前,淘菜菜已進入湖南、湖北、江蘇等20多個省份。目前,30~40%的淘菜菜店主來自零售通的小店,而零售通裏面已經有50~60%的小店成為淘菜菜店主。最近半年,接入淘菜菜的小店,綜合收入提升了30%。淘菜菜市場運營負責人汪庭祥表示,阿里巴巴的目標是可持續增長,強調質量,為市場做更多的實事。
•農業數字化進程——淘菜菜已經直連了近萬個農產品基地,並與數字農業產地倉、銷地倉,及自身的加工倉、中心倉、網格倉、社區百萬小店全面打通。在2021年,阿里數字農業在陝西武功、四川蒲江等地大規模推廣即食獼猴桃,建立了1個採後研發中心、1個大型產地倉和30個數字農業基地,由此初步形成國產即食獼猴桃從統一品種、統一種植、採後研發、冷鏈物流到全渠道銷售、品牌塑造的全產業鏈。
