《半日總結》恆指上揚423點 阿裏美團回升 內房股反彈

美債孳息下滑提振投資氣氛，科技股帶動港股早市上升。恆指高開154點後升幅擴大，最多升447點一度見26,163點，半日升423點或1.65%，報26,139點；國指升186點或2%，報9,370點；恆生科技指數升168點或2.6%，報6,728點。大市半日成交總額896.62億元，滬、深港通南下交易半日分別淨流入2.85億及27.91億元。
科技股方面，騰訊(00700.HK)升1.7%報488元，阿裏巴巴(09988.HK)升3.7%報166.9元，美團(03690.HK)升5.2%報261.6元，小米(01810.HK)升1.9%報24.05元，京東(09618.HK)升3%報314.4元，百度(09888.HK)升4.2%報162.5元，快手(01024.HK)升5.3%報97.3元。阿裏健康(00241.HK)、衆安在線(06060.HK)及金山軟件(03888.HK)各升3.8%至4.1%，心動(02400.HK)升6.5%。手機部件股丘鈦(01478.HK)升3.7%，晶片股中芯(00981.HK)升4.2%。
內房股反彈，龍湖(00960.HK)、潤地(01109.HK)及合景泰富(01813.HK)各升3.3%至4%，奧園(03883.HK)及旭輝(00884.HK)各升4.5%及5.1%。恆大系方面，恆大(03333.HK)跌0.8%報3.52元，同系恆大物業(06666.HK)升2.8%，恆大汽車(00708.HK)亦升1.5%。水泥股海螺水泥(00914.HK)及潤泥(01313.HK)各升2.5%及4.9%。
內需股方面，餐飲股海底撈(06862.HK)升6.3%，體育用品股特步(01368.HK)及安踏(02020.HK)各升2.9%，361度(01361.HK)升5.7%。物流股京東物流(02618.HK)升6.1%。電力股回吐，華能國電(00902.HK)跌5.1%，潤電(00836.HK)及中國電力(02380.HK)各跌4%及3.5%，大唐發電(00991.HK)及華電國際(01071.HK)各跌2.7%及2.6%。
航運股方面，東方海外(00316.HK)擬先舊後新折讓逾8%配股籌近35億元，早市股價跌4.3%報158.4元。中遠海控(01919.HK)獲摩通唱好，半日股價升5.2%。
其他藍籌股方面，匯控(00005.HK)升0.7%報40.7元，港交所(00388.HK)升2.5%報504.5元，友邦(01299.HK)升1.4%報94.7元，中移動(00941.HK)升1.7%報49.05元。地產股方面，新地(00016.HK)績後獲券商憧憬樓盤銷售加快，股價倒升1.4%報111.1元。
