人瑞人才(06919.HK)公佈中期業績，營收21.28億元，純利同比增41.24%，開始專業服務及技術產品雙增長曲線的戰略
格隆匯8月31日丨人瑞人才(06919.HK)公佈中期業績，截至2021年6月30日止6個月，公司收益為人民幣21.28億元，同比增長78.02%；毛利為人民幣1.56億元，同比增長56.87%；公司權益持有人應占溢利為人民幣7488.4萬元，同比增長41.24%；經調整淨溢利為人民幣8100.5萬元，同比增長52.8%，基本每股收益為人民幣0.49元。
公吿稱，收益增加此乃由於綜合靈活用工服務收益的增長，其中與2020年上半年相比，增長約人民幣904.7百萬元或77.6%，增長主要得益於綜合靈活用工服務員工人數的增加。
截至2021年6月30日止6個月，綜合靈活用工服務收益約為人民幣20.70億元，同比增長約77.6%。此外，2020年上半年出於在冠狀病毒疫情爆發期間與客户共克時艱的原則，公司向客户減免了部分綜合靈活用工服務費。如果於2020年上半年沒有這個商業安排，2021年上半年綜合靈活用工收益將較2020年同期增加約62.4%。綜合靈活用工僱員人數由2020年6月30日的30,397名增加至2021年6月30日的45,244名，增幅約為48.8%。公司於2021年上半年招聘30,584名綜合靈活用工僱員，較2020年上半年的15,786名綜合靈活用工僱員增加14,798名綜合靈活用工僱員，增幅約為93.7%。
為儘量提升公司向客户提供服務所產生的價值及提升客户忠誠度，集團調整了內部組織架構以配合業務策略的發展，專注於向客户提供綜合靈活用工服務，將公司早前披露的"靈活用工"及"業務流程外包"兩個業務分部合併。
同時，公司將更加註重人力資源技術服務的發展。憑藉集團向客户提供人力資源管理服務的豐富經驗，公司已經於2021年7月推出人力資源SaaS(軟件即服務)的新產品。公司還計劃於2021年下半年升級香聘平台，為更多求職者打造職業生態鏈，樹立公司的技術與競爭壁壘。
