申通快遞(002468.SZ)上半年營收突破110億元，同比增長19%
8月27日，申通快遞(002468.SZ)發佈2021年半年報，報吿期內，公司完成業務量約48.32億件，同比增長37.39%，公司實現營業收入110.18億元元，較去年同期增長19.00%。
近年來，申通快遞持續推進用户多元化產品建設，提升客户服務體驗，同時積極孵化新興業務板塊，尋求差異化佈局，在常規業務和特色業務方面均呈現良好發展勢頭。
公吿顯示，2021年上半年申通快遞散件業務實現較快增長，日均件量同比增長52%，並完成覆蓋全國30個省及206個城市。消費者體驗方面，裹裹業務接單攬收率達94%，及時回單率超98.5%，均居行業前列。
申通表示，接下來將在散件業務上持續發力，鏈接更多渠道滿足消費者不同場景的需求，進一步獲取散件市場份額。
倉儲物流方面，申通快遞專注為電子商務行業提供倉儲、包裝及配送管理一站式服務。其中，公司控股子公司上海申通易物流有限公司在倉儲業務方面發展良好，業務規模持續保持增長，上半年平均日均單量10萬單左右；同時，公司在廣州、天津、金華、碭山等地設有云倉及冷鏈倉庫，主要以日用消費品及生鮮水果等品類為主，其中碭山倉已經接入黃桃、香梨等多品類水果。
除了常規的倉儲業務以外，申通快遞也高度重視C2M(Customer-to-Manufacturer)這種新型商業模式的快速發展，並針對多個平台制定高性價比的物流解決方案，以滿足平台及消費者對服務體驗和品質的需求。目前C2M業務已覆蓋河北、湖北、廣東等9個省及直轄市，為消費者提供了更多優質產品購買渠道。下半年申通將繼續推進新倉開設工作，推動件量規模保持高速增長，效率保持穩定提升。
快遞產品方面，申通快遞推出了保障大促期間用户體驗的“預售下沉”服務，該服務通過將預售商品前置，讓更多商品提前抵達消費者周圍10公里以內的倉庫或站點，支付尾款後，近9成的前置商品可以實現當日送達。
今年618，經過多次大促檢驗優化後的“預售下沉”服務為客户帶來的升級體驗收穫一眾好評，“預售下沉”模式也從底層邏輯上重構了業務系統，把單一的快遞網絡變成與平台、商家相互協同的供應鏈網絡。
業內人士表示，隨着快遞行業不斷髮展，消費者對於快遞服務品質及個性化需求不斷升級，孵化新業務版塊、尋求差異化佈局的發展思路或將助力申通快遞未來把握快遞市場的發展機遇。
