康寧傑瑞製藥-B(09966.HK)公佈中期業績 研發開支大增73.45% 藥物產品管線取得重大進展
格隆匯8月27日丨康寧傑瑞製藥-B(09966.HK)公佈，截至2021年6月30日止6個月，公司錄得其他收入為人民幣2250萬元，期間研發開支達人民幣2.32億元，同比增長73.45%，主要原因為(i)正在進行的臨牀試驗數量增加；(ii)臨牀研究規模擴大；(iii)推進候選藥物臨牀試驗；及(iv)因研發員工增加及向員工授出期權導致薪酬增加，從而導致員工成本增加。
自2021年4月20日以來，公司在藥物產品管線及業務經營方面取得了重大進展。KN046已在澳大利亞完成I期臨牀試驗，且同時在美國開展一項II期臨牀試驗。目前，KN046已在中國啟動兩項III期臨牀試驗。全球有約20項涵蓋10多類腫瘤（包括NSCLC、三陰乳腺癌（TNBC）、ESCC及胸腺癌）的臨牀試驗。該等臨牀試驗的結果已初步顯示KN046具有良好安全性及顯着療效。
於2021年6月，KN035獲美國食品藥品監督管理局（FDA）授予孤兒藥資格，用於軟組織肉瘤患者的治療。這是KN035繼晚期膽道癌之後獲得的第2項孤兒藥資格認定，亦是公司自美國FDA獲得的第4項孤兒藥資格認定。
此外，於2021年5月26日，江蘇康寧傑瑞生物製藥有限公司及蘇州康寧傑瑞生物科技有限公司就兩項技術開發項目達成合作，即JSKN003項目及偶聯工藝關鍵原料mGalt1的製備工藝開發項目以及KN062新冠中和雙特異抗體開發項目。
公司高度差異化的內部管線由腫瘤單克隆抗體、雙特異性抗體，及一種新型冠狀病毒多功能抗體組成。在公司的管線產品中，公司有一種已提交生物製品許可申請（BLA）、三種處於臨牀後期階段，且三種計劃提交IND。
迄今為止，公司尚未商業化任何產品。公司於2021年開始在中國建立公司自身的核心商業化團隊，將重心初步放在晚期候選藥物並計劃就醫學事宜、政府事宜及其他相關職能招聘關鍵人才，為即將於2022年進行的KN046及於2024年進行的KN026BLA提交作準備。公司預計公司的團隊將覆蓋中國的主要省市，尤其是經濟相對發達及可支配收入水平較高的省市。公司打算繼續擴大公司的團隊以期望推出更多的產品及獲批更多的適應症。
公司表示，集團將繼續通過公司獨有的藥物發現及開發能力，努力為全球患者提供世界級的創新治療用生物製劑。為實現這一宗旨，公司將致力於推進公司管線產品的臨牀開發，包括採用最快╱最先上市的方法開發用於治療各類主要癌症適應症及經選定適應症的KN046。公司亦將在KN026臨牀開發計劃中策略性地着重HER2表達癌症。
同時，憑藉公司強大的自主研發能力，公司將進一步推動10多種多特異性免疫腫瘤候選藥物的前期臨牀項目，並將憑藉公司的技術平台，發現、驗證及選擇靶向及先導候選藥物，以豐富公司的早期管線，並將重心放在腫瘤免疫治療雙特異性及多特異性藥物上。公司將繼續優化公司的製造工藝及技術，以提升公司的產品質量並降低成本。為最大化公司全球專利資產的商業價值，公司亦將繼續就公司的核心產品積極尋求戰略性合作機遇，例如共同開發、聯合開發合作及對外授權。
