香港航天科技(01725.HK)：中國長城工業將向集團提供多次衞星發射及相關服務
格隆匯8月20日丨香港航天科技(01725.HK)公佈，於2021年4月，深圳港航科成功發射“金紫荊星座”項目的前兩顆衞星。為成功編成金紫荊星座，集團須於未來數年進一步發射衞星。預計2021年年底前，“金紫荊星座”第一編隊衞星的後續衞星亦將發射，並將適時啟動“金紫荊星座”第二編隊衞星的發射工作。
集團自獨立第三方獲得“金紫荊星座”的衞星發射服務。由於衞星發射服務稀少及市場上可得的供應商有限，本集團通常須與衞星發射服務供應商進行長時間的磋商，方可協定每次衞星發射的條款及條件，繼而為“金紫荊星座”項目的時間表帶來不確定性。
多次衞星發射服務協議
於2021年8月20日，深圳港航科與中國長城工業集團有限公司(“中國長城工業”)訂立多次衞星發射服務協議(“該協議”)，內容有關中國長城工業向集團提供多次衞星發射及相關服務，自該協議日期起計為期3年。
深圳港航科將根據該協議的條款及條件就每次衞星發射與中國長城工業訂立衞星發射服務確認協議(“確認書”)，以載列指定發射衞星的詳情、發射所使用的指定火箭、目標發射期、價格及付款條款等具體條款。倘深圳港航科未能根據確認書支付第一期款項，而有關款項已逾期超過30日，則中國長城工業將有權以書面形式終止確認書，並要求就所提供的服務付款。倘因中國長城工業的原因而導致衞星發射的時間表自確認書所訂明的目標發射期起延遲超過12個月，則深圳港航科將有權自第14個月起任何一日向中國長城工業發出撤銷通知書，以撤銷有關確認書，而中國長城工業須自撤銷通知書日期起計30日內退回所收取的款項。
衞星發射服務確認協議
於2021年8月20日，深圳港航科與中國長城工業根據該協議的條款及條件訂立第一份確認書，當中載列建議衞星發射的條款。訂約方已協定，目標發射期將為2021年10月至12月。
公吿稱，董事會認為訂立第一份確認書為集團開展衞星發射業務的里程碑，使集團能夠推進“金紫荊星座”項目。
