首程控股(00697.HK)股權激勵計劃將落地,透露計劃背後的高業績增長
7月29日,首程控股(00697.HK)發佈自願公吿,公司擬採納股權激勵計劃,將通過股票期權的方式,向公司董事、核心經營管理人員、集團技術和業務骨幹以及未來計劃選聘的重要崗位核心人員共授出1.73億股公司股票。這是首程控股自轉型以來首次實施股權激勵計劃,邁出了關鍵性的一步。從本次股權激勵計劃的核心內容中,我們得以再次窺探出首程控股背後的高業績增長。
公司本次選擇以股票期權方式進行股權激勵,主要從主營業務收入增長率、管理車位數量增長率、科技研發投入和淨資產收益率(ROE)等維度對行權業績條件進行全方位考量。不難看出公司在股權激勵計劃核心指標的選取上,與首程控股在市場上披露其商業模式是一脈相承的:
首先,公司堅定看好所處行業未來成長空間和自身業務規模發展速度。首程控股自2018年起開啟戰略轉型,並就此開啟了高速增長模式。首程控股的主營收入在轉型以來保持高度增長態勢,2020年公司營收為7.06億港幣,就較2019年上升78%。其中停車出行業務收入規模更是實現172%增長,與2018年相比,更是有近8倍的水平,可以看得出來,停車業務已是公司業績增長強大的動力引擎。
其次,公司通過專業化運營和科技化的投入,建立起了獨特的品牌優勢,不斷提升停車業務拓展效率和拓展速度。公司轉型之初車位管理規模僅不足1萬,在短短三年多的時間裏,車位規模就已突破10萬並向20萬大步邁進。
在廣大投資者最關心的股東回報方面,得益於轉型後的高速發展,公司2018–2020年利潤的年均複合增長率達到45%,而資產負債率卻不到16%,有息負債率也僅為4%,豐厚的利潤和優質的資產結構相疊加,使得公司淨資產收益率在2020年提升幅度接近三成。此外,公司連續三年向股東分配了累計21億港元的現金股息,為股東帶來了可觀的投資回報。
