《半日總結》恆指跌269點 美團挫一成 匯控逆市揚逾4%
美國上市中資概念股下跌，本港上市科技股受壓拖累港股早市向下。恆指低開180點，其後曾反彈倒升131點一度高見26,323點，其後再度下跌，曾低見25,737點一度跌455點，半日跌269點或1.03%，報25,922點；國指跌153點或1.64%，報9,201點；恆生科技指數跌215點或3.17%，報6,575點。大市半日成交總額1,538.63億元，滬、深港通南下交易半日淨流入金額分別爲11.8億及8.79億元人民幣。
美證監要求在美上市中企披露政府監管風險，科技股受壓。阿裏巴巴(09988.HK)跌4.2%報184.1元，騰訊(00700.HK)跌5%報465.6元。美團稱將落實市監總局指導意見，提高對外賣騎手保障，股價跌10.6%報210.6元。
小米(01810.HK)跌0.6%報25.7元，京東(09618.HK)跌4.3%報255.8元，百度(09888.HK)跌3.3%報154.7元。網易(09999.HK)及嗶哩嗶哩(09626.HK)各跌8.7%及8.3%。快手(01024.HK)表明對惡意編造研報幹擾市場行爲啓動法律程序，股價跌1.4%報112.4元。
此外，心動(02400.HK)跌18.5%，阿裏健康(00241.HK)及萬國數據(09698.HK)各跌17.1%及17.3%，網龍(00777.HK)及京東健康(06618.HK)各跌10.3%及11.8%，衆安在線(06060.HK)及祖龍娛樂(09990.HK)各跌9.5%及9.4%。
晶片相關股急升，中芯(00981.HK)及華虹半導體(01347.HK)各升12%及9.3%，ASM太平洋(00522.HK)升3.5%。手機相關股造好，信利(00732.HK)及舜宇(02382.HK)各升6.3%及4.6%%。
恆大(03333.HK)取消特別分紅方案，早市股價挫11.3%報5.95元。恆騰(00136.HK)跌12.1%，恆大汽車(00708.HK)及恆大物業(06666.HK)各跌7.1%及5.9%。內房股續弱，中國金茂(00817.HK)、旭輝(00884.HK)、融創(01918.HK)及萬科(02202.HK)各跌3.4%至4.3%。內地物管股雅生活(03319.HK)及碧桂園服務(06098.HK)各挫14.6%及7%，華潤萬象生活(01209.HK)預告半年溢利增長1.3至1.4倍，股價逆升5%。
內需股遭拋售，野村下調海底撈(06862.HK)目標價，海底撈股價跌7.6%。頤海國際(01579.HK)及九毛九(09922.HK)各跌6.4%及8.6%，中國飛鶴(06186.HK)挫15.3%。
教育股普遍未止跌，中教(00839.HK)澄清集團業務不涉新政策所限義務教育，該股跌2.3%。
銀行股逆市升，匯控(00005.HK)升4.6%報44.3元，中銀(02388.HK)及渣打(02888.HK)各升2.2%及2.7%。內銀股建行(00939.HK)及工行(01398.HK)各升2.4%及2.7%。長和(00001.HK)及中信(00267.HK)各升3.5%及4.2%。
