港股互聯網巨頭普跌 廣東將加大規制“二選一”“大數據殺熟”和“封禁”
格隆匯7月2日丨港股互聯網巨頭普跌,阿里巴巴跌3.36%,美團跌2.62%,京東跌近2%。

日前,廣東省市場監督管理局對廣東省人大代表葉麗燕於省十三屆人大四次會議中提出的關於加強互聯網新經濟模式監管的建議做出答覆。
答覆函透露,競爭執法將被突出,重點加強對大型互聯網平台“二選一”“大數據殺熟”“封禁”等行為的執法規制,依法查處社區團購等領域利用資本優勢低價排擠競爭對手、搶佔市場行為,規範平台和平台內經營者價格標示、價格促銷、價格欺詐等行為。
