長江證券:商家持續首選在淘系運營,阿里中長期穩健成長可期
618進入衝刺階段。作為互聯網行業“反壟斷風暴”後的第一個618,“品牌商家如何選擇及佈局”、“淘系電商運營是否還有吸引力”等問題備受市場關注。近日長江證券的研究報吿給出了答案。
長江證券研究報吿表示,今年品牌參與天貓618積極性高,參與品牌達到去年2.5倍,另有大量其他電商平台起家的商家逐漸進入淘系電商經營,可見商家持續首選在淘系運營。阿里聚焦商家體驗優化,有助於夯實阿里的B端商家服務效率的壁壘,實現中長期穩健成長。
今年以來,阿里聚焦商家體驗優化,推出多項支持政策,直接減免費用降低運營成本。如“三寶一券”(店鋪寶、單品寶、搭配寶、優惠券)服務免費,生意參謀標準版及部分功能模塊的專業版開始免費。長江證券認為,這些舉措進一步縮小了大賣家與中小賣家之間的差距,提升了平台的公平性。
以商家使用率極高的生意參謀工具為例,標準版生意參謀基礎年費一般為幾百元,專業版基礎年費為幾千元,以往商家僅訂購生意參謀進行日常運營,便會對利潤帶來一定壓力,尤其是長尾中小賣家。生意參謀免費方案上線後,新增使用天貓商家增長接近50%,主要增長使用羣體為中小商家。
阿里持續優化B端體驗,提高商家經營效率,使得商家在淘系平台經營意願保持在較高水平。據億邦動力網發佈調查顯示,2021年618期間受訪品牌大多會同時參加天貓、京東、抖音等多家平台的促銷活動,但超過一半的受訪企業表示在資源有限的條件下將優先保證天貓平台的投放。長江證券指出,在阿里強大B端支持能力的加持下,品牌在天貓平台投放轉化率相較其他平台存在優勢。

另據長江證券觀察,大量從其他電商平台起家的商家也逐漸開始進入淘系電商經營。這也側面體現出阿里對於商家有着較強的吸引力。在抖音平台擁有103萬粉絲的“低卡博士”於2020年6月開設淘寶店,經過一年經營後已積累13.2萬店鋪粉絲。主打微胖人羣擁有63萬抖音粉絲的“周白子”於2020年11月開設淘寶店“周白子FORYOU”並快速獲取19萬店鋪粉絲。三禾、植護等典型“拼品牌”目前也在天貓平台同步運營旗艦店。
商家運營首選淘系平台,不僅是受阿里不斷優化的商家體驗吸引,深層次原因是阿里擁有完備的電商生態,在商家的其他經營環節也具有較強的服務能力,可全方面提升商家經營效率。
如服務環節擁有阿里旺旺和阿里小蜜等,營銷環節擁有阿里媽媽數字化營銷中台,供應鏈環節擁有菜鳥網絡和提供落地配服務的丹鳥等,在其他環節中阿里也通過阿里雲、阿里媽媽、釘釘等提供並不斷完善多樣化解決方案。

長江證券認為,阿里對於商家端支持力度或將持續加碼,結合公司過去十餘年發展歷程中沉澱了成熟的商家運營工具與經營,或將增加商家在阿里體系內的經營積極性與粘性,從而保證淘系電商平台的B端繁榮。阿里中長期穩健成長可期。
