九芝堂(000989.SZ)：子公司藥品研發啟動臨牀試驗
格隆匯 1 月 12日丨九芝堂(000989.SZ)公佈，2020年7月6日，公司合併範圍內子公司九芝堂美科(北京)細胞技術有限公司(“北京美科”)與首都醫科大學附屬北京天壇醫院(“天壇醫院”)、昆翎(北京)醫藥科技發展有限公司(“昆翎醫藥”，即原方恩(北京)醫藥科技發展有限公司，該公司名稱已變更為昆翎(北京)醫藥科技發展有限公司)簽署了《臨牀試驗協議》，開展“評估向缺血性腦卒中患者單次注射缺血耐受人同種異體骨髓間充質幹細胞的多中心、盲法、隨機、安慰劑對照的安全性、耐受性和初步療效的I/IIa期研究”。具體信息詳見公司於2020年7月7日發佈的相關公吿。
近日，上述研究項目在臨牀試驗牽頭單位天壇醫院通過倫理委員會審查，並在中國人類遺傳資源管理辦公室備案。北京美科與天壇醫院認為已經具備啟動臨牀試驗的條件，於2021年1月12日召開臨牀試驗啟動會。
臨牀試驗項目基本情況：
1、本項臨牀試驗用藥品為缺血耐受人同種異體骨髓間充質幹細胞，其按照進口藥品申請註冊，藥品註冊分類屬於治療用生物製品。本藥品申請適應症為缺血性腦卒中。
2、本臨牀試驗項目為評估向缺血性腦卒中患者單次注射缺血耐受人骨髓間充質幹細胞的多中心、盲法、隨機、安慰劑對照的安全性、耐受性和初步療效的I/IIa期研究，試驗將分為兩個階段進行。第一階段為劑量爬坡的開放性研究，第二階段為雙盲對照研究。即將開展的是第一階段的研究。
3、本項目是北京美科根據國家藥品監督管理局簽發的缺血耐受人同種異體骨髓間充質幹細胞《臨牀試驗通知書》(受理號：JXSL1900126)開展的缺血性腦卒中的臨牀試驗。本臨牀試驗已通過牽頭單位天壇醫院的倫理委員會審查，並在中國人類遺傳資源管理辦公室備案，臨牀試驗啟動會的召開，標誌着本產品正式進入臨牀試驗階段。
4、目前，本項臨牀試驗處於I期臨牀試驗(即臨牀試驗第一階段)啟動階段。待第一階段試驗完成後，將向國家藥品審批中心提交當前安全性數據中期分析報吿進行評估，同時報送倫理委員會審核。經國家藥品審評中心評估同意，並且經倫理委員會審批通過後，將進行IIa期(即第二階段)的臨牀試驗。
5、本次臨牀試驗所用幹細胞產品為缺血耐受人同種異體骨髓間充質幹細胞，由本公司合併範圍內子公司珠海橫琴九芝堂雍和啟航股權投資基金(有限合夥)參與投資的美國Stemedica Cell Technologies Inc.生產。該產品已在美國開展了六項臨牀試驗，其中，缺血性腦卒中已完成I/IIa期臨牀研究，慢性心衰已完成IIa期臨牀研究。另外，使用該產品治療急性心肌梗死的治療技術已在哈薩克斯坦獲批上市。
