大行评级 | 花旗上调汇丰和渣打港股目标价,复苏料强于香港本地银行股
彭博新闻社报道,花旗表示,将汇丰控股和渣打集团港股目标价分别上调24%和11%,其盈利复苏料强于香港本地银行,且派息有望重启。
分析师Yafei Tian等人在报告中表示,两银行未来几年每股收益和股权投资回报率(ROE)均有望改善,因贷款损失正常化、且收入增长快于成本的增长;而香港本地大型银行股2021年盈利或受到净息差等不利因素的拖累。
资本增强有望推动两银行重启派息,尽管派息水平会低于以往。
汇丰和渣打新目标价分别为43.5港元和60.1港元。
