招商銀行(600036.SH)：根據繆建民董事長提議 對李建紅予以表彰
格隆匯 10 月 9日丨招商銀行(600036.SH)公佈，該行第十一屆董事會第十七次會議決議，審議通過了《關於表彰李建紅先生的議案》，根據繆建民董事長提議，對李建紅先生予以表彰。
李建紅先生2014年7月起出任招商銀行非執行董事，2014年8月至2020年9月期間擔任招商銀行董事長。六年來，李建紅先生以敏鋭的目光、寬廣的視野，從戰略全局擘畫招商銀行的改革、發展、創新，不斷加強董事會建設，進一步完善公司治理機制，全力支持高管層工作，堅持施行市場化選人用人機制和薪酬激勵機制，持續加大創新型科技投入，為招商銀行的高質量發展和核心競爭力提升作出了傑出貢獻。
