嗶哩嗶哩擬以5.13億港元認購歡喜傳媒約10%股份
uSMART友信智投8月31日消息，週一港股市前，歡喜傳媒在披露易發佈公告稱，公司同意向嗶哩嗶哩按每股1.48港元配發及發行3.466億股新股。認購價較最後收市價1.52港元折讓約2.6%。認購股份約佔擴大後的已發行股份總數的9.9%。
擬將所得款項5.117億港幣用於電影及電視劇版權投資業務以及一般營運資金。
歡喜傳媒與嗶哩嗶哩還簽訂了爲期五年的合作協議，協議內容如下：
(1) 本集團享有獨家新媒體傳播權及轉授權的影視內容（「授權內容」）將於歡喜首映平台與嗶哩嗶哩平台上獨家播放；於嗶哩嗶哩平台上播放授權內容所產生的所有收入經扣除相關成本後由合約方進行分成；
(2) 嗶哩嗶哩公司將於嗶哩嗶哩平台上設立歡喜首映頻道播放授權內容；
(3) 嗶哩嗶哩公司及其聯屬公司將獲授予本集團主控之影視項目的優先投資權；
及(4) 本集團將與嗶哩嗶哩積極合作共同就本集團的影視作品進行衍生開發。
本公司預期本集團與嗶哩嗶哩公司根據合作協議共同合作播放的第一部授權內容爲本集團獨家投資的新網劇《風犬少年的天空》，該新網劇預期將於今年第三季於歡喜首映平台與嗶哩嗶哩平臺上同步播放。此外，雙方將合作的另一部大片爲本集團出品及擁有獨家新媒體播放權的電影《奪冠》（前稱：「中國女排」），該電影已定檔今年國慶檔期於中國大陸地區院在線映，預期從院線下映後將於歡喜首映平臺與嗶哩嗶哩平台上同步播放。
