人民網(603000.SH)擬變更經營範圍
格隆匯 8 月 7日丨人民網(603000.SH)公佈，公司召開第四屆董事會第六次會議，通過關於變更公司經營範圍並相應修改《公司章程》的議案。
根據公司業務發展需要，擬對公司經營範圍進行變更，並相應修改《公司章程》第十四條相關內容，變更具體情況如下：
原第十四條 經依法登記，公司的經營範圍：許可經營項目：第二類增值電信業務中的信息服務業務(不含固定網電話信息服務和互聯網信息服務)；因特網信息服務業務(除出版、教育、醫療保健、藥品和醫療器械以外的內容)。一般經營項目：廣告設計製作、發佈、代理；計算機軟件及外部設備開發、銷售；計算機網絡技術開發、諮詢、服務；技術開發、轉讓、諮詢、服務；組織展覽展示及文化交流活動、會議服務；公關策劃及諮詢；翻譯服務；物流服務；文娛演出票務的銷售代理；日用百貨銷售；物業管理；輿情監測；影視器材設備、舞台燈光音響設備租賃；從事互聯網文化活動。
上述經營範圍的業務許可有效期以相關證照為準，經營範圍最終以公司審批機關和登記機關核准的範圍為準。
現變更為：經依法登記，公司的經營範圍：從事互聯網文化活動；信息服務業務(不含互聯網信息服務)；第二類增值電信業務中的信息服務業務(僅限互聯網信息服務)(互聯網信息服務不含出版、教育、醫療保健、藥品和醫療器械，含新聞、電子公告服務)；廣告設計製作、發佈、代理；計算機軟件及外部設備開發、銷售；計算機網絡技術開發、諮詢、服務；技術開發、技術轉讓、技術諮詢、技術服務；組織展覽展示及文化交流活動、會議服務；公關策劃及諮詢；翻譯服務；物流服務；文娛演出票務的銷售代理；日用百貨銷售；物業管理；輿情監測；影視器材設備、舞台燈光音響設備租賃；電子產品銷售；廣播影視設備銷售；信息系統集成服務。(企業依法自主選擇經營項目、開展經營活動；依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後依批准的內容開展經營活動；不得從事本市產業政策禁止和限制類項目的經營活動)
上述經營範圍的業務許可有效期以相關證照為準，經營範圍最終以公司審批機關和登記機關核准的範圍為準。
